Nourish

  • Enjoy fresh, organic, locally grown vegan meals by Susannah Sprague-Lerma, Gourmet Vegan Chef. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided during the stay.

  • Teas, juices, fruits, vegetables, mineral water provided. 

  • There will be no alcohol permitted during the retreat. 

 Body

  • Daily yoga and meditation sessions. 

  • Kayaking Adventure in the beautiful Dana Point Harbor.

  • Transforming seminar conducted by renowned Keith O’Neill Ph.D., C.Ht. Keith is a psychotherapist, clinical and sports hypnotherapist, mental performance/self-esteem coach, author, and public speaker.

  • Receive a one-on-one hypnotherapy session with Keith O’Neill.

  • Emersere yourself in the creative evening class, sunset painting. Lead by local Artist Jennifer Bolt. 

  • Vegan cooking seminar lead by Chef Susannah.

Keith O’Neill Ph.D., C.Ht is a psychotherapist, clinical and sports hypnotherapist, mental performance/self-esteem coach, author, and public speaker. Survivor of a life-threatening head injury, he had to learn to walk and talk all over again. He became fascinated with, and an ardent student of the incredible power of the mind. His combination of unique training, education, and life experience has contributed to his success in helping hundreds of people improve the quality of their lives for over 34 years. He’s trained individuals to unleash the power of their mind, eliminate self-defeating thoughts and beliefs and unlock their potential for success.

Keith is a nationally respected speaker. His presentations, "Keys to Making Your First, Best and Lasting Impression," and "Embrace the Power of Choice," have received accolades from all companies, associations, and groups to which Keith has presented. These presentations focus on the power of our thoughts, attitude, and the way they manifest externally in our choices, the effect they have on our lives both personally and professionally, and the importance of building and maintaining a great reputation. Through the use of humor, stories, and interactive demonstrations, Keith offers ideas to audiences that have a positive impact on their lives now, and in the future. His areas of expertise include; team & morale-building, communication and relationship building, stress management, self-esteem, self-improvement, personal and professional growth.

Susannah Sprague-Lerma

In 2001 Susannah developed a deep love for animals and their wellbeing which prompted her to adopt a plant-based life. She found true joy in being compassionate and that's why she started JoyFull Mealz in 2019. Her mission is to bring organic vegan food to people in her community. She makes delicious meals with keto, low-carb, gluten free & soy free options. She is proud to be one of the first companies in America to do 100% vegan catering!

Joyfull Mealz was founded on the simple premise that whole, plant-based foods should be what we feed our minds, body, and spirit. Families and friends should be able to come together with love in their hearts and vegan food in their bellies.

Cherie received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She had started her career in social services focusing on mental illness and substance abuse. After working in the field, she quickly felt that instead of working with illness, she wanted to focus on the Psychology of Wellness. Her mission shifted to help others with finding their optimal health and well-being. 

Cherie has over 15 years of experience in sports and fitness as an athlete, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Spin Instructor, Certified Modalities Instructor, and CPR/First Aid Certified. She is always continuing her quest for knowledge and has taken nutrition and wellness courses at Yale and Stanford University.
